ONBOARD
We’ll give you access to our client portal where you can download our onboarding package and upload documents we need to get started.
Prep call
We’ll jump on a call the week before your VIP Day and lay down all of the final details, discuss the mood board, and make sure we have everything we need to get started.
Design Day
This is the fun part! The design day is when we’ll complete your design project. If you’ve chosen brand + web this will be a 2 day process.
Follow Up
A couple of weeks after your launch, we’ll follow up with you and see if you have any questions or concerns.

Will I need to be available during my design day?
The short answer is yes. However, you don’t have to sit at your computer for the entire day, just make sure you have your phone on you so we can contact you with any questions or feedback requests.
When should I schedule my design day?
We recommend scheduling your design day at least 2 weeks in advance. This will give you time to gather content. But if you’re on a tight deadline, let us know and we might be able to make it work.
Are there any additional costs?
There might be additional costs associated with your design depending on what you have. For a website, you’ll need a domain and hosting. If you’re using a shopify site, t here are additional costs associated with developign those as well.
What if I just want a logo design?
We only offer brand identity packages to ensure that our clients achieve the results they desire. We recommend prospective clients come back when they’re ready for a full branding package.
